Print a tooth page for every month to keep track of your students who have lost their teeth. Or you can type in the name of the child so they can keep track of their own teeth.

Use the tooth page with lines, or without... with lines they could use these sheets to write about their teeth. There is even a page that leaves a larger area for writing... it could be used for stationery too.
