Instead of printing in the Portrait mode... set your printer settings to the Landscape settings... this way the calendar will cover more of the paper.

Print the calendar on a thick piece of paper (we like to use Card Stock paper)... print 12 copies and put them in a notebook. Use a 3 hole punch to put the holes in the paper for the notebook. Check out our Idea Page

Laminate the Calendar. This way you can write and then erase to use the calendar over and over again.

You can also print the calendar on a magnet sheet so you can hang it on your fridge.
