No Cook Play Dough

Materials Needed:

    2 c Flour
    1 c Salt
    Water
    2 T Vegetable Oil (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Add the oil only if you don't want the mixture to harden. Add food coloring if you'd like to add color. Store in plastic bags.
