Materials Needed:

    1 c Flour
    1/2 c Salt
    2 t Cream of Tartar
    1 c Water
    1 t Vegetable Oil
    Food Coloring

Mix dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and stir together. With mom or dads help... cook the mixture over medium heat for two or three minutes... stir while cooking. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and smooth. You can make several colors... store in plastic bags.
