Corn Chips

Materials Needed:

    1 c Cornmeal
    1 T Olive Oil
    1/2 t Salt (optional for those on low salt diets)
    3/4 to 7/8 Boiling Water

Mix all ingreatdients together. Scoop 1 T of mixture onto a well greased baking sheet (use plenty of oil... or they will stick). Moisten fingers with oil and pat out very thin. With Mom or Dad's help... bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes.

Add a bit of food coloring... for example... red for valentines... red, white and blue for July 4th... red and green for Christmas.
