No one really knows the answers to these questions. Some say that their habitats changed making it hard for them to find food. In today's world, that is going on right now with our animal kingdom... there used to be 8 subspecies of Tigers... now there are only 5. It is important to help our animals live so they do not become extinct like the dinosaurs did.
