Here is one way to do it...
Window users... Download the thnkpap2.bmp zipped file [thnkpap2.zip] or thnkpapr.bmp zipped file [thnkpapr.zip]. Once the file is unzipped, copy the THNKPAPR.BMP or THNKPAP2.BMP into your WINDOWS directory. Go to the CONTROL PANEL and select THNKPAPR or THNKPAP2, set the wallpaper to TILE option. There, that's all there is to it! Cool!

Here is another way you can do it...
Now, if you have a Netscape browser... click on the picture you see here, with your "right" mouse button. Do you see the options on the lil' screen that popped up when you did that? You can set this picture up as your Wallpaper right now, just click on SET AS WALLPAPER, there it's done. This picture is now on your Desktop's Screen, take a look. ...now that is too cool! It is saved in your Windows directory as NETSCAPE.BMP.

To unzip the file ...we use PKWare's unzip program.
