Snickers!

Sept 11...
Today was the first day that Snickers took a BITE from an apple! We have been putting nice size pieces of apple, squash and broccoli in his cage... he'd sniff it, he'd lick on it... he'd walk away from it. But today he actually took more than a nipple... he took a bite, he took a few bites! A piece ended up in his mouth and started to drop... he just put his lil' paws up to his mouth... and pushed it in! Guess that means he is growing up!

We weighed Snickers yesterday... he now weighs about 125 grams. His tail is getting bushy-er! When he stands often times he puts his tail up over his back, just like the big boys and girls! Dinners now seem to be... um... I'M HUNGRY... and that's MY food... give it to ME!... NOW! If the formula isn't RIGHT THERE when he wants it, he tried to suck on my thumb... or his, whichever is closer! Big slurpy noises going on here! When done, he does take a few minutes to tell me thank you... before wanting to run off again to be a squirrel youngster!
