Fakin' Bacon

Fakin' Bacon can be found at JP Natural Foods - Sorry... this product has been discontinued... so sad too... it was great! Sure wish they'd bring it back!

I sprinkle some on my salad... scrambled eggs... and tomato & lettuce sandwich! yum!

Bacon... real bacon... low sodium! 2 pieces... 170mg sodium. NOT something you should eat often... but when you really have that taste for bacon... these are great! ...and... if you are okay with ONE piece of bacon... that's only 85mg sodium per slice! Great for... break up 1/2 slice for salads... 1 slice cut in half for Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich.

Oscar Meyer has a precooked bacon for about 75mg sodium per slice.
